The Colchester Open, Newton Green GC Sunday 15th May, hosted by Carl Skingley

After a hearty breakfast, 29 Fat Cats golfers took on the Newton Green course with some stunning scores posted. “Tiger” Tommy Paxton won the day with an impressive 42pts, 2nd was Steve Williams & 3rd was Lee Lazarus both on 40pts. The top 10 average score and therefore the handicap cut was 38pts.

Our able host Carl handed out the many NP/NP2 prizes and Richard Newton got the extra 2 NP points on the 6th. Tommy leaps into the lead of the Fat Cats Race, but there’s a way to go yet!
