The Fat Cats Ryder Cup, Sunday 19th May Haverhill GC hosted by Sharon Bennett

On a beautiful sunny day, 18 Fat Cats golfers took on the interesting & well presented Haverhill course. Harvey Sykes won the day with 35 points on countback ahead of Heath Nugent, 3rd was Bob McManus on 33pts. Keith Miller won the NP2 points with NP prizes going to: Nick Chase, Richard Dillon, Andy Royal.

Sadly John Dillon couldn’t be with us due to his wife passing. We send our condolences & hope we’ll see him soon at a future event. Also, good to see Andy Royal fit enough to play after his recent health scare.

Note: due to the scores being below the usual 36pts cut, we apply the agreed rule of taking the average of the top 10 scores, so the cut was set at 32pts and handicap cuts applied accordingly.
